Its commonly called a Blueberry gorgnian or sometimes Blue gorgonian. Some people say they're hardy, but they are not photosynthetic so it would require constant feedings to maintain in the long run. Ultimately they have a dismal record in captivity. Sorry for the bad news.

Just curious what you use for calcium? When I had my 20gal sps tank, keeping up with coral growth was rather difficult.
