mine does that all the time...take a flahslight at night and see all the stuff that comes out of it and its not hard to see why that is always happening!!

If you are looking for a good reef eel, try to find a Ghost eel, or white ribbon eel(Uropterygius concolor) it only gets like 2 feet long...doesn't really dig too much as long as you have rock work for him to hide in...mine east a few silversides a few times a week. I've had mine for 3 months...

mine is a 6G...it was my first real experiment with salt water...I know what they say, its better to go bigger at first...but oh well...its done pretty well for me thus far. The only things in there are 2 small aquacultered Perculas, a neon goby, a few snails, hermits and some hitchhiker crab...

I know this is an older post, but I have a few questions! I want to do this on my 55G tank. where do you have the water flowing into the refugium coming from? the wet/dry or the tank itself? i see you have it flow out in to the wet/dry, but I wasn't sure if it was pumping it from there...
