My LFS says they they are strictly herbavores, but I swear he was eating my star polyps, so I put him in my FOWLR tank. There are small button polyps in there and I swear he is eating them. Maybe just my imagination.

I usually find him on the live rock, only found him on the glass once. I have not added any live rock in 6 months so he must have been in there at least that long, unless he came in on a coral. I wish you could purchase unusual species like these somewhere.

I suggest you do a search on these boards. Watts certainly do matter. You can not put a night-light over your tank even if it gives off the correct spectrum. although it contribites to the intensity, wattage is not necessiarly THE intensity of the lights and I think it is probably the biggest...

What wattage? Mogul or DE HQI? I have PFO and I think they are fantastic, but have not used the ones you mentioned.

Anyone have a Black Sun Coral? I got one last weekend. It came out first night! I fed him the first 3 nights and now plan to go to every other night. I tried Cyclop-ease and Mysid Shrimp. I think it may prefer the Cyclop, since it is a more managable size. I will take some pictures and post.

I have thought about doing this also. I will be interested to see what the responses are.
