first guess is an H.magnifica. Second would be H.crispa. Has it climbed to the highest spot in your tank?

if its really dying maybe you can thread a 3/4 ID tubing back there and siphon it out. Make sure that the hose is long enough so you dont get a mouthful (YUK)
