Is there anything besides from fish that will add some color in my 75 gallon tank with 40 watts of NO lighting, i hear shrooms and some polyps don;t require that much. Is this not enough? also, how much wattage would be needed tp put shrooms and polyps in a 29?

Is anyone familiar white small mounds of grey almost "dry cement" looking pieces on their sandbeds. I just yesterday came across a small mound of like i said "dry cement" on the sand bed. Anyone familiar or have any guesses?
