i dont think you have an issue with not sending in the warr reg card. as long as you have the proof of purchase i can't see why they wouldn't cover it as long as they feel it was a mfr defect.

psusocr that is some wild chit you got there! now lets see a pic of ur tank................. do you need a wild animal permit to own those. i know here the city of los angeles requires one for similar animals.

had them in my reef tank for a couple years w/out doing anything to them and all i had were headaches. i don't know for a fact that they were the source of the problem but i really kept up my tank w/chiller, water changes, ozonizer, uv, etc. this was 10 yrs ago when bioballz were supposidly...
