Diagnosis help...white nodules near mouth of trigger...

Sorry for the blurriness of the pics...my titan does not like to stay still. I just noticed these white nodules near my titan trigger's mouth, and there's also one about an inch away on his jaw. They protrude from his skin, and are white along with the area directly around them. Anyone know...

How long does it take for a trigger to reach adult coloration?

I have a 3.5" titan and he still looks kinda like a pineapple. I want to know how long I have to wait before I know if he's really a Red Sea Titan or not... Thanks, Chip

Three or four 5" triggers in a 5-foot tank?

Since it looks like I won't be able to get the titan trigger at the size I want, I'm considering "Plan B" for the 5-foot tank in my living room. I'd like to stock it with three or four triggers, knowing I'll have to upgrade down the road. I'd like to get four of them, ideally, each at around...

the titan trigger is here...reluctant eater...

He's pecked at some brine shrimp, but only ate about 6-7 pieces (Thursday morning), and has been in the tank for about two days (put in on Wednesday at 10:30am). Explores a bit, but mostly hides... Should I just leave him alone? Keep the lights off all the time? I know sometimes it takes fish...

    Tusk has ick...suggestions?

4" tusk and 4" sohal in a 110 gallon w/ 250lbs live sand and 150 lbs live rock. The sohal had ick about a month ago before the tusk, and it went away in three days with no treatment. The tusk has had it for three days. Should I treat the tank with anything? Thanks in advance. Peace, Chip

    Lunare Wrasse Fat Lip...need help...

I ordered an 8" Lunare wrasse for the show tank at the LFS I work at, the tank is a 150. The other two inhabitants are a 11" black Volitan lionfish and a 17" Leopard Shark (I know, I know, but it was there 2 years before I started working there.), and it's been in the tank for one week now. Two...

    Trigger tankmate for crosshatch?

I have a 5-foot Oceanic 110 gallon, and currently in it is a 9" crosshatch trigger. What other triggers would I be able to put in there? I know the crosshatch is one of the more docile triggers, so I'm thinking maybe a blue throat. I'd ideally like to put 2 more 9" triggers in there, but am...

Finally, a dream realized...Titan Triggerfish arrives...

Well, after a year of searching, I finally got my Titan Triggerfish. At around 10 inches, still somewhat a juvenile and not nearly at full color, it's still an awesome fish. He just ate today at 1pm after getting in around 8pm last night. A nice fat, healthy fish. Pictures forthcoming after...

    Planning another new setup...

I'm now going to go with a varied fish-only tank, since I can't get a large enough tank to keep the triggers I want. I don't really want a bloodbath, and it's not fair to the fish to do it. So, I'm probably just going to buy another 75 gallon, for the following fish : picasso trigger christmas...

Harlequin tusk - trigger safe or not?

Okay, I've now been advised by multiple people, and some say it can defend itself against triggers, and others say no way it's too peaceful of a fish. So, can someone point me to some kind of information that states which theory is right? I want to make sure things will be fine if I do go ahead...
