i have a kole tang that did this for the first week or so, 12 months later nothing in my tank has died everything is healthy, it doesnt have to be ich, look into it more before treating for ich and further stressing your fish

thats funny some people try so hard to get something to host a clown, and then in your case its hair algae and u didnt have to spend a dime on it haha, i gotta see this

your prolly gonna need to wait till lights are off, then get the tweezers out and be ready, bristleworms on that size arent very quick, but make sure its one shot one kill if you know what i mean cuz if you miss ur not seeing it for awhile
