How come a woman's right to privacy allows her to hire a state licensed practitioner to perform an abortion but it doesn't allow me to have medicines or treatments allowed in many other countries but not here because the FDA hasn't approved it?

Note that many "conservative" states have far higher crime rates than "liberal" New York. Just fact checking...
