My new tank is home!!! It is one disaster after another!!! OMG!!! First we had to compromise the brace to drill the top of the stand for the bulk heads, so we'll have to go get some tubes tomorrow to rebrace this tank.... and just now we found out the the custom sump doesn't fit. we opted for the 36'' instead of the 30''... lol so... how annoying... We have to take off the back support (which is luckily put in with screws so we can just put it back in!!) This tank is becoming a very big hassel... hopefully it will look beautiful when it's done.

It's not the tank. It's the bulk heads- -
We stayed up until 5 am (no kidding) this morning trying to plumb this stupid thing.
Okay there are a total of 6 bulk heads in the tank itself. 4 are for the closed loop system. W go those installed and plumbed to the little giant pump and then put some water in the tank and 1 bulk head leaked. We messed with it, but in the end, I ended up siliconing it all up and it didn't leak. We though we were golden, but no... Then the other side started to leak. So again we loosened and reseated it and it still leaked. Sooooo... more silicone. The we put in the intake covers (pipes for now) and then they both leaked smore... EVEN AFTER SILICONE!!!! I am at an impasse, so I called in a professional. Hopefully by the end of today, I should have a working 200 gallon tank!! My poor little 45 gallon critters are so stressed!!
Any advice or help/experiences would be appreciated!!

Hahaha nooooo. I actually met the original builder yesterday. Turns out, he really is the best builder on this side of the Mississippi. Hes kind of a recluse but he is amazing. I went to his shop and my tank was by far the smallest tank in the place. When I arrived, he was working on a tank for this place called Kona grill. 2000 gallons! There was some in there he was making for some celebrities home, here in Phoenix!! They were soooo huge, and we asked "how will they fit in the doors?" and he replied "Oh this happens a lot with my tanks, they have to remove the roof and be craned in."

Could you imagine??
Yeah, I have complete faith in the tank. I don't think it'll fail but I just don't trust our handy work. I called a pro and he should be here any minute.
Thanks for the support guys. I am kind of frustrated right now. I wanted to start on putting my sand and rock in this damn tank....MY HOUSE IS A WRECK!!! It makes me want to rip my hair out, whenever I come in here.
It's soooooo messy and I am a freak about clutter and "stuff".
OH-- meowzer, thanks for the FTS, IDK if I said that.
