Ok. I did research and some fish are harlequin tuskfish, blue hippo tang, copperband butterfly, Niger trigger, blue jaw trigger. Tell me if any of these will work.
sure you can have all those fish in a 75
yeah, sure, right you can keep them all
and this is what will happen
it will blow up in your face

What tank are they suitable for?
Long horned cowfish?
Other similar, large, slow moving fish. They need a specialized live rock arrangement. Plus, if they die, they release a very strong toxin that will kill anything in the tank with them.

a tank that you dont have. focus on what is presently possible. once you get a little experience then start considering other options. but just for right now:
NO TANGS
NO TRIGGERS
NO COWFISH
NO BREEDING CLOWNFISH
i say start out with some clowns, without any expectation to breed them for now. maybe some cardinals, a firefish (?), and a yellow watchman goby. keep those alive for 6 months.
don't try to get in too deep yet. you might not even like this hobby as much as you think you will. on top of that once 9th grade comes around, you might forget all together that you even have a SW tank because you will meet the love of your life, your soul mate, the person that you cannot live without.

the toby puffers are slow moving and will most likely be bullied by the clowns
What?!? That statement is ridiculous and false
A Toby puffer would be fine with a pair of clowns.

Maroons too? Also, I saw a TINY horseshoe crab at a fish store today. What are these like and what are their requirements? Please help

Please go read through ALL the recommended threads in the new hobbyists section. PLEASE. I'm really begging you now.
Maroons are aggressive. Can they go in a 75? Yes. Will it hinder other fish you can have? YES. As they mature, they get very, very aggressive. The female will usually kill the male over time and then start harassing other tank mates. I don't really ever recommend a maroon clown. They're mean, and you WILL get bit.
Horseshoe crabs have no place in a fish tank, they belong left in the wild. It will perish in your tank.
