There are dirr colors based on origin,I've had some ginen to me from my bro-in-law,origin ?,that were more of a grey to flesh tone that multiplied rapidily.Some ads for Red Sea claim theirs to be all shades-red to pink.If they're healthy and multiplying I wouldn't worry-enjoy. Steve

i've had a blue devil(no yellow tail)since i set up my tank without any probs,their personality varies fish to fish. best to get them out but mine has been a good tank mate,occasional 'dash' at the others bu nothing deadly.

they are easy to prpogate.if you can put small rocks next to the mother colony,they will creep onto them as they grow.if they grow onto the glass,use a razor blade to scrape them off and rubbere band them onto a piece of rock-great to trade for supplies or whatever.

used 4 of them when i started our 65, lots of blue,lower light requiring corals did well while stoneys did fair.2 wont be enough,might try 3 glo's if you only want low light corals. i went to vho to give me more choices

you say you just started this reef,is your skimmer puting out anything yet.sometimes they can 'spit' tiny bubbles back into the tank before start working with the tanks bio-load.just a thought
