Tunze osmolator is top tier for ATO units. Once you move... keep only an inch of water above the sand so it settles quickly... then put a dinner plate on it and slowly fill the tank half way... pull the plate... add the rock... fill the rest of the water. That minimizes stuff in the sand bed...

Don't use copper in the display tank because it'll ruin the tank and you'll never be able to keep liverock, livesand, inverts, or corals in it ever again. copper only in a dedicated QT.

alot of salts have clay in them, its how they're mined.

Not a bad skimmer for the price. I do like the PM redline series and ER RS skimmers better though if you just have to have a skimmer.

nigers are so active... you'd need a 240G at the minimum to make an adult (~15inches) happy.

+1 on dipping, but if you just put the zoas in there and they came from a lower flow tank and you put them in a really high flow area... it might take awhile for them to adjust especially if they got damaged in transit. Unless they're melting, don't worry about it.
