my dad has 55 gal reef tank that got taken over by the buggers...he bought a velvet nudibranch and it is tearing through them!!!!! and he is cool to look at, too

seahorses are totally cool in reefs! my parents raised seahorses for years, most of that time they were in reef tanks. They even had them breed in a reef tank! unfortunately keeping baby seahorses alive is very difficult and very expensive to do

i also have green star polyps, some days they just dont feel like opening up!

i was freakin out last week thinking i had ich in my tank cause i had teeny tiny white dots (look like pods but it would take a LOT of them to be as big as a grain of sand) movin around on my tank walls. turns out i have copepods. dunno if this is what you have or not. they are a good thing tho!!!

Have had tank only a month (got water and sand from well established tank) I have around 15 or so lbs LR. I just added an emerald crab, and a bubble tip anenome attached to LR on thursday. Besides my bubble tip still not real happy, all looked fine at 230 this am. I get up at 9 and everybody...
