really? I would've done black sand then, I was about to set up my tank with black sand but my LFS said it stirs up easy so you need a "low current" tank. I'm going to flip on them one of these days...but they give me my fish though

All I know about blacksand is that some get stirred up really easy.

BTW if you have it include a pic of your fish. Actually I'm pretty sure my blood worm would kick your whale sharks but FYI... :cheer:

yup...i saw a picture on here somewhere of one having a 6in powder blue tang sticking out of its mouth. They can fit things in their mouth 4 times their size or something crazy like that.

Mine didn't eat that much when I first got it...then I put in an alagea sheet and he ate that, then one time I soaked his alagea sheet in garlic and he kept eating it...then I soaked his frozen food in garlic so it tasted like the alagea sheet. Now it will eat anything. I would give the alagea...

I'm not sure if it is turbos or nassarius...but i know nassarius reproduce because I only put 5 into my tank and now I have upwards of 40. If you wanted to you could just put them into your tank and they would breed, you don't need a seperate tank as if it were a clown fish or something.

What kind of fish are in the tank with it...it could be bite marks...my LN bit my finger (thought it was food) and I had something that looked about like that.

yeah same here...just mines kinda big...i was going to take my feather duster off it but i think its cool watching it. The black stuff on the shell I wouldn't worry about it.
