Look a the seio 620 model power head. It puts out 600GPH in a disperesed flow and would be all you need for your tank.

Definately aren't flatworms, I've had clear flatworms and are 20X bigger than these fellas. Thats only about a 3" frag so those things are almost microscopic. Dipping won't help unless as said above if you use interceptor. Definately sucks but I'm glad I only have one $45 frag instead of $5k in...

I'd save and get the remora, you're just gonna be dissapointed and want a better skimmer. You can try and find one used, you probably gonna wanna get the pre filter box to reduce microbubbles from the output.

Your best bet probably is to cut a stalk off and use a sewing needle and fishing line to sew it to a rock. Sew directly through the stalk. you can remove the line after it has attached to the base.

Are your doors made out of particle board? I made mine out of oak plywood with solid oak trim and have no bowing. Have you considered making new doors for your stand. If its particle wood and has already bowed I think they're probably too far to save unless you remove them and some how rehydrate...

I don't see how your corals and inverts are doing ok with you nitrates at 90. Also if you vacuum sand its gonna suck the sand up so you'd lose a bunch of it. How many fish do you normally have in the tank, I don't see how it could get that high with a skimmer unless you feed a ton or have tons...
