been a while since I have checked...are they still protected? I am in need of another...I just lost mine of 10 years..:cry:

It's been nearly 3 years since I have posted here. I was a huge saltwater fishtanker. I am considering getting back into it going all aggressive. I sold my leopard sometime ago and looking to get another. Are they protected now?
