I have a fairly large Sabae. lights are 400w mh. He actually moved yesterday into a cove like area of LR on the sand bed, which works for me as it looks even better where he is now!! I Just fed him a squid and he gobbled it down...lol. I think it might actually be a white Sabae, not sure tho.

Jawfish are fine in a 55G. they just need a good deep sand bed as they like to burrow under things into the substrate as a home. Small tanks are fine for this fish. i have one and he's happy as can be. My favorite fish!!

Just get MH lights with a 14/15K bulb. perfect look. just make sure youhave fans to help cool.

also it's a 75G tank, light are usually on between 10-12h a day.

Yeah it could be that. not sure what it is tho. It mostly stay's on the rocks but it does end up going to the surface. Mostly grown on the rocks and a some on the sand in a few spots. One of the spots on the sand I have some sort of purple algae growning, not sure what it is. almost looks like...

I just bout a Sabae about 3 days ago, and yesterday he ate a whole shrimp (you know the frozen shrimp rins) I couldn't believe it!! I wanted to see if he'd take some of it and in about 5 min he swallowed it up. How can I get my clowns to notice it?? any ideas?
