I havr been stung by my anemone and bristle worms. the worms when you pick them up you get all kinds of there spikes in your hand and it iches.

Is their any other predators in your tank that could kill it? Is all your water conditions good? And is it the "SHED" of the crab because crabs molt which is the grow a new shell and shed the other like a snake it grows bigger and sheds skin

I had a few Red Foot snails and the would fall over and since they are so big they cant get back up and will die.

Why did you flush some of the xenia????? You could of just traded it to the LFS and get some credit instead of killing the coral.
