    Refuge or Not to refuge??

    I would keep the wet dry it if were my tank. It would be nice to add the fuge to it like mentioned above, but if you dont have room just leave it as is IMO. Escape :happyfish

    You dont have to feed them anything although some people do. They get most of thier energy from the lighting. They will be fine under your PC lights IMO. Good luck. Escape :happyfish

    The main things to test for during your cycle are NH3/NH4, NO2, & NO3 as well as ph & alk. After the cycle is complete and you do the WC at the end is when I would worry about all the other stuff. Just my .02. Escape :happyfish

    from what I have found through hours of experimenting is that the main flow resrtictor, at least on my overflows is the j tube. I have been experimenting with trying to run dual j tubes to improve flow but have not been able to get it to work consistantly. The overflow drain keeps up with it...

    Yes, the water temp in my 120g reef fluctuates about 2 degrees with the lights coming on and off. I have 2 250w MH about 12" above the water, no fans, on a topless tank. Escape :happyfish
