    porcelain crab

BTL yours is an anemone crab. Porcelain crabs get substantially larger and more aggressive.

    Blennies?

I've kept both when I had a 54 corner. The midas can be territorial which could pose a problem in a 29. If only picking one, I'd definitely pick the midas- they have an awesome personality. Inquisitive and pugnacious.

    Looking for Best HOB Skimmer

I have the octopus bh-100f on a 30 mantis tank. Pulls a fair amount of skim despite the low bio-load. I like it but the initial setup was a little tricky. The instructions are awful.

HELP!!!! fight between tang, angel and lionfish

What size are they? Lion probably sees dinner. IME, the fish will either be dead or having some serious swimming/breathing problems depending on the severity of the sting/size of said fish.

    Yet another stocklist

A dozen damsels would be a bloodbath in that tank. Taller tanks due not have the necessary footprint for the damsels to establish territory. A maroon would more than likely kill them due to space issues. More peaceful clowns should work. Taller tanks really need more passive fish.

    Coralife Super Skimmer

IMO there are much better skimmers available for just a little more cash. Super skimmers are pretty touchy and have a tendency to overflow when water levels change. You can mod them to alleviate this problem, but I'd rather have a skimmer work properly out the box.

    salt

If only the new snails died, it was probably a result of improper acclimation. Rapid changes in salinity can also kill.

    Chestnut moray

No online stores regularly stock these. One site that specializes in 'just rare fish' had a couple about a year ago. Contact them and let them know you are looking, they will more than likely require a deposit. That site is your best bet other than contacting a diver. You could always ask...

    Chestnut moray

Your best bet is to contact a diver and have one caught. A 55 would work but it would have to be a species only tank-no fish tankmates. You could get lucky and spot one in the "drs den", I've never seen one there and I'm sure it would sell immediately if they ever get one. There is a company...

    Humu Humu trigger

It happens as they mature. Mine snapped around the 3-4 inch mark. The lions days are numbered, as are the damsels and clowns if the lion does not get them first.

    Blue Wilderness dog food

http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_f...uct=2292&cat=8 Do any of ya'll use this? I switched my dogs to it about a week ago after reading their previous brand was essentially garbage. They like the food but they now have the most potent gas. i never knew an odor of this magnitude existed that...

    Eel wont eat????

Mine didn't eat for the first month, maybe two. When it finally did, the krill had to be placed right in front of him. Feeding it was a major pain.

    Eel wont eat????

My zebra would only eat frozen krill or shrimp that was soaked in garlic/zoecon. If it was not soaked in garlic, wouldn't go near it. It would eat a ton though, when it ate. Mine was slow and required a feeding stick to make sure he got the food.

    Jap drag compatibility

The triggers will eat the hermits and snails. I have no experience with cleaner wrasses but they are the perfect shape to be eaten. Strictly from what I have read, I would be wary adding a clown trigger with a small eel.

    Jap drag compatibility

Damsels or other cheap fish you don't mind seeing eaten. Most fish that are too big to be eaten, groupers, pose a threat to the eel. Any fish in the tank is fair game, lions included. I worked out a deal with my LFS to buy damsels two dozen at a time for a good price. They are cheap and...

something attacked and killed my firetail

I'm thinking you have a crab. Mantis and pistols are pretty noisy and generally kill instead of just injuring. LR can be dipped in water with a salinity of 1.030+ and every creature in that rock will come while not killing them or the beneficial bacteria. If that is not an option, place a...
