    Gorilla crab? For sure?!?!?

Judging by his claws, he is not harmless. There a numerous "bad" crabs other than gorillas.

where can i guy bristle worms?

Check your local clubs or LFS. Curiosity got me and a guy on the large auction site is one for $6(I'd be a millionaire if this was the going rate). Unless you bought dry rock/sand, I honestly cannot fathom you not having any. I have not seen any in my 90, but can tell you they are in there...

    Question about compatibility.

Always remember that the LFS is trying to make money, we are not. Powder blues get large and very aggressive. It probably could survive in a 100(for a while) I would not keep one in anything smaller than a 180.

    Question about compatibility.

powder blue needs a larger tank. I would think 3 yellows would fight in that limited of space but have no personal experience to back that up. The clown gobies may be hard to spot in a 100 gallon.

    Using additives: Purple Up.

Waste of money. Regular water changes and lighting are all that is needed.

where can i guy bristle worms?

If you bought live rock, you have them and just have not seen them. Place a silverside next to a piece of rock after lights out and watch using moon lamps or a red light, they'll come out of the rock.

    troble keeping tangs

Are you putting your new fish in a quarantine tank? I'd remove the clowns and treat(copper or hypo) them in a qt tank and leave the tank fallow for 8 weeks to kill off the ich in the tank, then quarantine all new arrivals. Tangs are generally more susceptible to ich than most fish but using a...

I would love input for new fish in my tank!

I'd say your maxed out. Catalinas are a cold water goby, in case you did not know. Mixing different types of clowns will result in fighting and ultimately death.

    Japanese Dragon Tank Size

From what I have read on wwm- yes. I would be more concerned with the lion stinging the eel, Fenner warns of this on wwm.

    Japanese Dragon Tank Size

Total agreement with everything 95Harley said. I wouldn't risk the goldentail as it would likely end up as an expensive snack one day. I would not add anything unless you are okay with the possibility of it being eaten. Mine just ate a large red corris wrasse that was buried in the sand when...

    super skimmer cleaning

I had a super skimmer years ago. Other than basic rinsing out, make sure to clean salt out of the air intake. Mine was constantly becoming clogged. I bought a small drill that fit perfectly in the hole and made removal of the salt quite easy. In all honesty, I would recommend getting a...

    two snowflake eel, ending badly

I attempted 2 snowflakes in a 150. Story similar to yours except after the first escape I brought the larger one back to the LFS. It's pretty amazing how long they can survive out of water, mine looked like beef jerky but made a total recovery.

    Copperbands and aiptasia

Sax, thanks for bringing the filefish to my attention. I am going to see if my LFS can get me one. I have no idea where my copperband came from. He still hasn't discovered the aiptasia but has decided that my feather-dusters must be be destroyed

    Copperbands and aiptasia

I'm gonna pick a dozen or so pepps tomorrow and hope they do some damage. There is 200-300 lbs of rock which makes removal a daunting task which I do not see happening. I had been using aip x, which kept numbers in check, prior to adding the dragon moray. I'm now a little hesitant to reach...

    Copperbands and aiptasia

Are copperbands hit or miss when it comes to aiptasia? Joes juice and similar products seem to be more of a temporary fix. I've tried peppermint shrimp, no success. I was going to try berghia nudibranches but the LFS said a copperband would be a better option. Going on a week and the...
