I have three green chormis and they do not do well by themselves because they are schooling fish...they need at least two better is three or four. if alone it most likely will die off..... if you only have one buy two more and see what happens..... Good luck my friend!!!

Wow! you bought a tiny one!!! I got mine at about 4 inches, he is the ruler of the tank and the last fish I bought. He is still doing great and grazes all day on the live rock. I think when buying a yellow tang from the lfs take your time with him make sure he is eating if he looks skinny look...

I use a product called Phyto-feast which is food for all filter feeders. You keep the product in the refrig..... as it is a live product, also I use by coral-vital "the reef life energizer" Which is good for live rock too.

What makes the gonipora so hard?? Currently I have him in high current and lots of light.....

I keep moon lights on for four hours at night, then They go off by timer... cause the moon is not out in real life all night!!! However I keep a night light on all the time..... it adds just a tad of low lighting and from what I have read its good......Anotherwards my night lite is like a kids...
