Usually places like GNC (i.e. Health food stores) have Kyolic water-soluble garlic. Kyolic is a food suppliment. I've also seen an assortment of water-soluble garlic extract food seasining at high-end grocery stores. Be careful to avoid any unwanted preservitives.

I think you can have both with the shark. You'll just have to remember to suppliment the Shark's diet with other foodstuffs, as you're Shark can't live off of CBSs and Cleaner Shrimp alone. :p

Copepods are about the size of a grain of rice... I believe that Amphipods get a bit bigger and look like this... Both of them are great for you tank, so throw them back or send 'em our way ;)
