They like krill and seaweed. And to feed them I will put the right under one of there arms, and for the seaweed if you just put it up in the lettuce clip they will just help themselves. I think they are very easy to care for just do not put them in the same tank as any kind of invert. Sarah :)

I would just like to say I do not do water changes. Only because the water in tanks evporavetes so fast. If I did water changes I would be changing the water and add water so much my well could go dry. My tank has been running pretty well since March of 2002 so I guess my way works for me...

I was told the same thing by my LFS. I did it a couple of times before I found this web site and found out that it was one of the reasons why all of my fish died. Sarah

I have two chocolate chips and mine eat krill and dried seaweed. If the tang does not eat the seaweed fast enough the star fish will eat it all. I have not seen mine really eat much algea but it could because they are eating so much seaweed. Sarah :)

I had one it was aggressive but it did not hurt any of my other fish. It just wanted to be the first to get to the food. The way I got mine out of my tank when I was changing to a bigger tank was mine had a strange way of sleeping. About 45 mins after lights out it would go to sleep and it...

My sail fin tang eats it right up. But i do not think they get along with anyother tangs. Sarah :)

I had a tang that every time my feather duster would grow its feathers back it would pull them off. I did everything I could do but it ended up that the feather duster did not make it. Sarah :)

I have bought almost all of my live rock from this site. And I really liked it the only thing is the pieces are really big. But I did not have a problem breaking the pieces with a hammer. Sarah :)

The store I go to does not have a guarantee any thing salt water. But I have brought a couple of fish back and they will give me store credit. Sarah :)

Mine puffer will also eat fresh clams and frozen scallops. Sarah:)

I have never had a problem with my porky puffer eating any thing in my tank but what I feed him. I have had him for about two years. I have chocolate chip stars many crabs and snails. They all seem to get along. Sarah :)

I have a porky puffer and it will flip its tail at you and spash water out of the tank if it does not get feed when it wants to. Sarah :)

I read a study done some where about how the government was looking for the best sea salt subsuite and they said that there really was no difference with reef cystals and instant ocean. That the trace minerals were just that a very small trace. Sarah:)
